FAQ's
Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not. I am an out of network provider. I accept cash, checks, HSA/FSA, and all major credit cards. If you would like to utilize your insurance benefits, I can provide you with a superbill once a month to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. The amount reimbursed will vary for each plan, so you will need to contact your insurance provider directly for that information.

How long will therapy take?
There is no clear or direct answer to this question. We will discuss your specific treatment needs and goals for therapy right from the start. Therapeutic fit (how good of a fit your therapist is for your needs), active participation, and regular attendance are all important factors in treatment progress.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Your appointment time is held for you, therefore if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, you must do so within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to cancel or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.

Do you do family therapy?
I include parents and family members in therapy sessions to support and further my client's individual therapeutic goals. I do not provide family therapy specifically. I am happy to provide referrals to other therapists that can work with your family.
